Any entry can carry its paperwork with it — the policy PDF on the insurance entry, the title photo on the vehicle.
PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 10MB per file, using the “Attach document” field in any entry’s add/edit form. (The Paperwork Inbox additionally accepts Word documents and text files for standalone uploads.)
Files encrypt on your device before they upload — the same zero-knowledge model as your entries. What we store is ciphertext; only someone who unlocks your vault can turn it back into a document.
Entries with attachments show a paperclip. Open one and images and PDFs preview right in the app, decrypted in your browser. For anything that can’t preview inline, the Download button saves a decrypted copy to your device — remember that copy is unencrypted once it’s outside the vault, so treat it accordingly.
