I didn’t get the confirmation email

After you create an account, we send a confirmation link to the email address you signed up with. Until you click it, sign-in won’t work — you’ll see the same error as a wrong password.

If it hasn’t arrived

If you already closed the signup page

Try signing in — if your email is unconfirmed, sign-in will fail. Go back through signup with the same email to trigger a fresh confirmation, or contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Once you’ve confirmed and signed in for the first time, your vault setup (including your recovery code) is picked up automatically — you don’t need to redo anything.
