How billing works

One plan, two ways to pay:

• $12 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• $97 a year — that’s $8.08 a month, nearly four months free versus monthly.

Both include everything: all 19 categories, document storage, and your whole family — invited family members don’t cost extra and don’t need their own subscription. No tiers, no upsells, and no free trial; the plan is the product.

How payments are handled

Cards are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — NestVault never stores your credit card number. Your payment information and your vault contents live in entirely separate worlds: Stripe knows your card and never sees your vault; we see neither.

Managing your subscription

Account Settings → Manage Subscription opens Stripe’s secure billing portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation details — including the 90-day retention window and what resubscribing restores — are in How do I cancel my subscription?
